Welcome to PlayPlexo - Voice Chat Games ("PlayPlexo", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 13 years old to use PlayPlexo. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You may sign in as a guest or with an email address; guest accounts have limited functionality.

2. Acceptable Use

When using PlayPlexo, you agree not to:

• Cheat, exploit bugs, or use automated tools to gain an unfair advantage.
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other players, including through in-room voice chat.
• Upload or transmit content that is unlawful, hateful, obscene, or infringes others' rights.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.

Violation of these rules may result in suspension or termination of your account, at our sole discretion.

3. Voice Chat

PlayPlexo offers optional, real-time voice chat within active game rooms so you can talk with the players you're matched with. Voice chat is peer-to-peer: audio streams directly between participants' devices and is not recorded, stored, or reviewed by us. You can mute your microphone at any time using the in-room controls, and voice chat automatically ends when you leave the room. Because voice chat is live, we cannot monitor or moderate it in real time — please report abusive behavior through in-app reporting so we can take action.

4. Matches, Rooms & Fair Play

Game rooms, matchmaking, and rankings are provided for entertainment purposes. We may adjust matchmaking, ratings, or room behavior at any time to improve fairness and stability of the Service.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its games, software, graphics, and branding, is owned by PlayPlexo or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Service without our prior written consent.

6. Third-Party Services

The Service may link to or integrate with third-party platforms (such as app stores or authentication providers). We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party services.

7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PlayPlexo is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
