Delete Your Account

1. Delete In the App

If you still have PlayPlexo installed, this is the fastest way:

• Open PlayPlexo and sign in.
• Go to the Profile tab.
• Tap Delete account, then confirm.

Your account is deleted immediately — you're signed out on all devices as soon as you confirm.

2. Delete Without the App

No app installed, or can't sign in? Email support@playplexo.com from the address on your account (or include the email/phone you used to sign up) with the subject line "Delete my account". We'll verify it's you and process the deletion within 30 days.

3. What Gets Deleted

When your account is deleted:

• Your profile — display name, email, avatar, and any other personal info — is removed.
• You're signed out everywhere immediately and can no longer log back in with that account.
• Your friends list and any push-notification device tokens are removed.

Game history and chat messages shared with other players may be retained so their own match history stays intact, but they're no longer linked to any information that identifies you — your account is anonymized, not just hidden. This is the same standard covered in our Privacy Policy.
