This Privacy Policy explains how PlayPlexo - Voice Chat Games ("PlayPlexo", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our mobile application, website, and related services (the "Service").

1. Information We Collect

• Account information: email address, display name, and authentication data (or a randomly generated identifier for guest accounts).
• Gameplay data: match history, rankings, room activity, and in-game actions needed to run and score games.
• Device & usage data: app version, device type, and diagnostic information used to keep the Service running reliably.
• Microphone access: only requested when you join in-room voice chat, and only used to transmit live audio to other players in the same room.
• Usage analytics: in-app events tied to your account — such as when you open the app, sign in, create a room, start or finish a game, or see an ad — used to understand how the Service is used and to improve it.
• Push notification tokens: if you enable notifications, a device token used to deliver notifications to your device. You can disable notifications at any time from your device settings.

2. Voice Chat & Microphone Data

In-room voice chat uses peer-to-peer audio connections (WebRTC) established directly between players in a room wherever possible. Your voice audio is transmitted live to the other participants in that room and is never recorded, stored, or reviewed by us. Our servers relay the small amount of connection setup information needed to establish that link; on some restrictive networks where a direct connection can't be made, live audio may instead be relayed through a server we operate solely to forward it between participants — that server does not record or store any audio either. Microphone access is always optional, can be muted at any time, and is released automatically when you leave the room.

3. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Operate core features such as matchmaking, game rooms, and leaderboards.
• Maintain the security, integrity, and performance of the Service.
• Investigate reports of abuse, cheating, or violations of our Terms of Service.
• Communicate with you about your account or updates to the Service.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share limited information with service providers who help us operate the Service (such as hosting or infrastructure providers), or when required by law.

5. Data Retention & Security

We retain account and gameplay data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

6. Children's Privacy

PlayPlexo is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

7. Your Choices

You can update your profile information in the app, disable microphone access from your device settings, or delete your account at any time — including without the app installed. See Delete Your Account for how, and exactly what gets removed.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date above when we do.
